Driving Instructions:

CFB Shearwater is located across Halifax Harbour from Downtown Halifax.
From the North (Halifax International Airport): Rt-102 south approx. 15 km to Rt-118 (follow signs to Dartmouth/Halifax via Bridges). Proceed south on Rt-118 approx. 14 km to Rt-111 South (Circumferential Highway). Proceed south on Rt-111 (Circumferential Highway) approx. 6 km to Pleasant St. (Rt-322). Turn left on Pleasant St. (Rt-322) and proceed east approx. 3 km to CFB Shearwater.
From Halifax: North St. north across the Angus MacDonald Bridge. After exiting the bridge, turn right on Wyse Rd. and proceed east approx. 0.3 km to Windmill Road. Turn left on Windmill Rd. and proceed a short distance Alderney Dr. and continue east approx. 0.5 km to Portland Street. Turn left on Portland St. and proceed north approx. 0.75 km to Pleasant St. (Rt-322). Turn right on Pleasant St. (Rt-322) and proceed east approx. 6 km to CFB Shearwater.
