Lantz is located along Rt-2 and Rt-102 in central Nova Scotia, approx. 55 km north of Halifax. From Halifax: Woodland Ave./Rt-118 north approx. 16 km to Rt-102 North. Proceed north on Rt-102 approx. 32 km to Elmsdale Rd. (exit 8). Turn right at the light and proceed southeast on Elmsdale Rd. (Rt-214) approx. 1 km to Rt-2 (1st traffic light after passing the mall). Turn left on Rt-2 and proceed north (toward Lantz) approx. 2.25 km to arena on the left. From Truro: Rt-102 south approx. 45 km to Elmsdale Rd. (exit 8). Turn left at the end of the exit and proceed southeast on Elmsdale Rd. (Rt-214) approx. 1.25 km to Rt-2 (1st traffic light after passing the mall). Turn left on Rt-2 and proceed north (toward Lantz) approx. 2.25 km to arena on the left.
