Cormorant is located on the eastern edge of the Cormorant Provincial Forest in west central Manitoba, approx. 700 km northwest of Winnipeg and approx. 90 km east of Saskatchewan. From Winnipeg: Rt-6 northwest approx. 375 km to Rt-60. Turn left on Rt-60 and proceed west approx. 152 km to Rt-10. Turn right on Rt-10 and proceed north approx. 93 km to Secondary Rt-287. Turn right on Rt-287 and proceed northeast on Secondary Rt-287 approx. 56 km (past Clearwater Lake and Cormorant Lake) to Cormorant.
