Manitou is located on Rt-3 in south central Manitoba, approx. 150 km southwest of Winnipeg. From Brandon: Rt-10 south to Rt-2. Proceed east on Rt-2 to Rt-244 (at Rathwell). Turn south on Rt-244 to Manitou. From Winnipeg: Rt-2 southwest to Rt-244 (at Rathwell). Turn south on Rt-244 to Manitou.
