Stanstead is located at the southern end of Rt-55 in southeast Quebec, just across the border from Vermont and approx. 160 km southeast of Montreal. From Montreal: Take the Champlain Bridge and proceed east on Rt-10 approx. 120 km to Rt-55 South (exit 121). Proceed south on Rt-55 approx. 40 km to Stanstead (exit 2). At the stop, turn right and proceed west approx. 0.25 km to Dufferin St. Turn left on Dufferin St. and proceed southwest approx. 1.5 km to Stanstead College on the left. The road to the arena is past the main college campus entrances. As Dufferin St. descends into the town past the College, turn hard left onto Riverside St. The arena is at the end of Riverside Street. Note: Large buses cannot make this turn…they should not exit Rt-55 at exit 2, but should go on to the final Canadian exit before US Customs, and take Rt-247, and follow the last part of the directions in the next section). From Vermont: I-91 to Canadian Customs in Derby. I-91 becomes Rt-55 in Canada. At the flashing yellow light on Rt-55 (very close to the Customs Building), turn left on Boul. Notre Dame (Rt-247). Proceed west on Boul. Notre Dame approx. 0.75 km to Dufferin St. (T-intersection). Turn right on Dufferin St. and proceed up the hill towards Stanstead College on the right. The road to the arena is before the main college campus entrances. As Dufferin St. ascends into the town towards the College, turn right onto Riverside St. The arena is at the end of Riverside St.
