From the North: I-87 South to exit 7 to Rt-7 east 1.5 miles to I-787 South to Exit 7E Rt-378 East. Take Rt-378 east over the bridge. At the traffic light shortly after crossing the bridge, turn right (Morrison Ave.). Turn right at the next traffic light (Rt-4 South) and stay in left lane. Turn left at the next traffic light into McDonough Recreation Complex and proceed to the last parking area on the right.
From the South: I-87 North to Exit 23 to I-787 North to Exit 7E Rt-378 East. Take Rt-378 east over the bridge. At the traffic light shortly after crossing the bridge, turn right (Morrison Ave.). Turn right at the next traffic light (Rt-4 South) and stay in left lane. Turn left at the next traffic light into McDonough Recreation Complex and proceed to the last parking area on the right.
From the West: I-90 East to Exit 24 (left exit/toll). Take I-87 North to Exit 7 Rt-7 East. Take Rt-7 east 1.5 miles to I-787 South to Exit 7E Rt-378 East. Take Rt-378 east over the bridge. At the traffic light shortly after crossing the bridge, turn right (Morrison Ave.). Turn right at the next traffic light (Rt-4 South) and stay in left lane. Turn left at the next traffic light into McDonough Recreation Complex and proceed to the last parking area on the right.
From the East: I-90 West to I-787 North to Exit 7E Rt-378 East. Take Rt-378 east over the bridge. At the traffic light shortly after crossing the bridge, turn right (Morrison Ave.). Turn right at the next traffic light (Rt-4 South) and stay in left lane. Turn left at the next traffic light into McDonough Recreation Complex and proceed to the last parking area on the right.
