Driving Instructions:

Mt. Shasta is located at the intersection of I-5 and Rt-89 in the Shasta Cascade region of Northern California, approx. 50 miles south of the Oregon state line, and approx. 220 miles north of Sacramento.
From I-5: Approximately 50 miles north of Redding, CA, take the Central Mt. Shasta exit and head east on Lake Street. Cross Mt. Shasta Blvd. and continue following Lake Street as it bears left. Turn right at the stop sign onto Rockfellow Avenue. After 1/4 mile, turn left into Shastice Park and follow the road to the rink.
