Upper Tantallon is located along Rt-103 in south central Nova Scotia, approx. 20 km west of Halifax. From Halifax: Bicentennial Dr./Rt-102 north approx. 2.5 km to Rt-103 West (exit 1A). Proceed west on Rt-103 approx. 19 km to Hammonds Plains Rd./Rt-213 (exit 5). Turn right on Hammonds Plains Rd. and proceed north approx. 0.25 to Westwood Blvd. Turn left on Westwood Blvd. and proceed west approx. 0.25 km to arenas on the right.
