Lake Cowichan is located on south central Vancouver Island approx. 90 km north of Victoria. From Victoria: Hwy-1 (Trans Canada) north approx. 63 km to Rt-18 (Cowichan Valley Highway). Turn left on Rt-18 (Cowichan Valley Hwy.) and proceed west approx. 28 km (becomes Cowichan Lake Rd., then S. Shore Rd. in Lake Cowichan) to arena on the right.
