Harrington is located at the intersection of US-13 and Rt-14 in central Delaware, approx. 15 miles south of Dover. From the North (Dover): US-13 south approx. 16 miles through Harrington to Fairground Rd. (immediately after the railroad tracks). Turn right on Fairground Rd. and then left into arena parking lot. From the South: US-13 north to Fairground Rd. in Harrington. Turn left on Fairground Rd. and then left into arena parking lot.
