Twillingate is located on Secondary Rt-340 on the north coast of the island of Newfoundland, approx. 475 km northwest of St. John's. From the West (Lewisporte): Hwy-340 east approx. 80 km to Twillingate. From the East (Gander): Hwy-330 north approx. 42 km to Hwy-340. Proceed north on Hwy-340 approx. 61 km to Twillingate.
