Montréal-Ouest is located at the intersection of Rt-20 and Rt-138 in south central Quebec, approx. 5 km southwest of Montreal. From Hwy-40 (Eastbound): Hwy-40 east to Hwy-13 south (direction Lachine). Proceed south on Hwy-13 to the end. Follow Hwy-20 east direction "Centre Ville". See "Highway 20 (east bound)" for directions to Concordia. From Hwy-20 (Eastbound): St. Jacques/Angrignon St. exit (#64 - Hwy-138). Keep left and continue to the lights at the top of the hill. Turn left at the lights (McDonalds on the left). Turn right at the 2nd traffic light (Elmhurst Street). Once across the train tracks, turn right on Coffee Street. The parking lot to the athletic complex is at the end of Coffee Street. From Champlain Bridge: Decarie (15 North) and exit at Sherbrooke Street. Turn left at the lights on Sherbrooke Street. Follow Sherbrooke St. past the University (7141 Sherbrooke). Turn left at Elmhurst (traffic light). Turn left on Coffee Street. The parking lot to the athletic complex is at the end of Coffee Street. From Downtown Concordia: de Maisonneuve (or Rene Levesque) west to Fort Street. Turn left (south) on Fort Street. At the junction of Fort St. and Rene Levesque is the entrance to the Ville Marie Expressway. Follow the Ville Marie Expressway to Hwy-20 westbound (direction Toronto/Dorval Airport). Take the first exit (Notre Dame St.) and turn right at the top of the hill (traffic light). Cross over Hwy-20 westbound and at the end, turn left on Pullman Street. At the end of Pullman (traffic light), turn right and continue to the top of the hill. Turn left at the lights (McDonalds on the left). Turn right at the 2nd traffic light (Elmhurst Street). Once across the train tracks, turn right on Coffee Street. The parking lot to the athletic complex is at the end of Coffee Street.
