From Halifax: Hwy-101 west approx. 135 km to Middleton/Hwy-1 (exit 18). At the end of the ramp, turn left and proceed south on Junction Rd./Brooklyn Rd. approx. 1.75 km to Main St. (Hwy-1). Turn left on Main St. (Hwy-1) and proceed east approx. 1 km to Gates Avenue. Turn left on Gates Ave. and proceed north a short distance to arena on the left.
