Dubuque is located on the west bank of the Mississippi River at the intersection of US-20, US-52 and US-151 in eastern Iowa, approx. 70 miles northeast of Cedar Rapids and approx. 200 miles northeast of Des Moines. From the East (Illinois): US-20 west to Locust St. in Dubuque (1st traffic light after crossing the Mississippi on the Julien Dubuque Bridge). Turn right on Locust St. and proceed north 5 blocks to arena on the right. From the West: US-20 east to Locust St. in Dubuque (last traffic light before crossing the Mississippi on the Julien Dubuque Bridge). Turn left on Locust St. and proceed north 5 blocks to arena on the right. From the North (US-52): US-52 south (becomes Central Ave. in downtown Dubuque) to 4th Street. Turn right on 4th St. and proceed west approx. 2 blocks up the hill to arena on the right. From the South (US-52): US-52 north to the Locust St./Downtown exit. Proceed north on Locust St. approx. 5 blocks past the intersection with US-20 to arena on the right. From the South (US-61): US-61 north to US-20 interchange in Dubuque. Turn left at the US-20 interchange and proceed west a short distance to the next stoplight (yield). Turn right and proceed north approx. 4 blocks to arena on the right. From the North (US-61/Wisconsin): US-61 south to US-20 exit. Turn right US-20 exit and proceed west a short distance to the next stoplight (yield). Turn right and proceed north approx. 4 blocks to arena on the right.
