Cowansville is located at the intersection of Rt-104 and Rt-139, approx. 80 km southeast of Montreal and approx. 35 km north of the U.S. (Vermont) border. From Montreal: Rt-10 east approx. 65 km to Secondary Rt-139 (exit 68). Turn left on Secondary Rt-139 and proceed south approx. 15 km to rue de la Riviere (Secondary Rt-104). Turn right on rue de la Riviere (Secondary Rt-104) and proceed east approx. 0.25 km to rue Mercier. Turn left on rue Mercier and proceed to arena on the left.
