Newark is located just north of I-95 at the intersection of Kirkwood Hwy, Rt-273, Rt-279 and Rt-896 in northeast Delaware, approx. 13 miles southwest of Wilmington and approx. 45 miles north of Dover. From I-95 Southbound: South on I-95 to Rt-896/College Ave. (Newark/Middletown) exit 1B. North on Rt-896/College Ave (toward the University of Delaware Stadium), through four lights. At the fifth light, turn right into the David M. Nelson Sports Complex. The Rust Ice Arena is the building to the left after making the turn and Gold Arena is directly behind Rust Arena.
