Bakersfield is located along I-5 in south central California, approx. 110 miles north of Los Angeles. From the South (Los Angeles): US-101 north approx. 10 miles to Rt-170 North. Proceed north on Rt-170 approx. 7 miles to I-5 North. Proceed north on I-5 approx. 67 miles to Rt-99 North (exit 221). Proceed north on Rt-99 approx. 27.5 miles to Airport Dr. exit. Follow Airport Rd. a short distance (approx. 0.25 mile) to Rt-204 South (Golden State Avenue). Turn right on Golden State Ave. (Rt-204) and proceed south approx. 1.5 miles to Chester Avenue. Exit Golden State Ave. onto Golden State Rd. just prior to Chester Ave. and enter the roundabout. Take the 5 roundabout exit onto northbound Chester Ave. and proceed north approx. 0.25 mile to 34th Street. Turn right on 34th St. and proceed east approx. 0.25 to rink on the left. From the North: I-5 south to Rt-58 East (exit 257). Turn left on Rt-58 and proceed east approx. 9.5 miles to Rosedale Highway.
