Driving Instructions:

Facility is located 15 miles north of downtown Phoenix, approx. 1/2 block east of the Rt-51 and Union Hills Dr. on the southwest corner of Union Hills Dr. and 40th Street.
From the South (Downtown Phoenix): Rt-51 north approx. 15 miles to Union Hills Dr. (exit 14). At the end of the ramp, bear right onto Union Hills Dr. and proceed east a very short distance to facility on the right (watch for the lizard on the beige tower).
From the North: I-17 south to Loop-101 East. Proceed east on Loop-101 approx. 6 miles to Rt-51 South (exit 29). Proceed south on Rt-51 approx. 1 mile to Union Hills Dr. (exit 14). Turn left on Union Hills Dr. and proceed east a short distance (approx. 0.1 mile) to facility on the right (watch for the lizard on the beige tower).
From the West: I-10 east to Loop-101 North. Proceed north on Loop-101 approx. 28 miles to Rt-51 South (exit 29). Proceed south on Rt-51 approx. 1 mile to Union Hills Dr. (exit 14). Turn left on Union Hills Dr. and proceed east a short distance (approx. 0.1 mile) to facility on the right (watch for the lizard on the beige tower).
