Chelsea Piers: Chelsea Piers is located on the Hudson River between 17th and 23rd Streets. Cars and taxies enter through the primary entrance at 23rd St. and the West Side Highway. A secondary entrance is available at 16th St. On-site parking is available. From the Lincoln Tunnel: East from the Lincoln Tunnel to 9th St. South on 9th to 23rd St. West (right) on 23rd to the Chelsea Piers primary entrance. Sky Rink ice arena is located in Pier 61. From the Holland Tunnel: Holland Tunnel to West Side Highway. North on West Side Highway to Chelsea Piers primary entrance at 23rd St. Sky Rink is located in Pier 61. Public Transportation (M23 Bus): The M23 bus crosses Manhattan on 23rd St. and stops in front of Chelsea Piers. All north-south Manhattan bus routes and subway lines connect to the M23 bus at the following 23rd St stations: #6 (Park Ave.); N&R (Broadway/Fifth Ave); #1 and #9 (Seventh Ave); and C and E (Eighth Ave.).
