Harrow is located on Rt-18, approx. 35 km southeast of Windsor.
From the United States: From the Bridge follow Highway 3 to County Road 9 at the Howard Avenue stoplight, turn right and go south on County Road 9 about 15 miles to an intersection with County Road 20; turn left and go 6 miles to HARROW. Go through stoplight and take first street south (right turn on to McAffee). Proceed through the gates for the Fair Grounds and to the Arena.
From the Tunnel:, follow Highway 3B on its course from Ouellette Ave., to Dougall Ave., to Howard Avenue, to the intersection with Highway 3 and Howard Avenue stoplight. Then proceed south by continuing south through that intersection to County Road 9, and follow instructions above to County Road 20.
From Ontario, and Highway 401: the shortest route is the PUCE interchange taking County Road 25 south to County Road 46; go 1 km west on road 46, and turn left to take County Road 23 south through Essex town, crossing Highway 3, and continuing to the intersection at Arner, at County Road 20. Turn right at Arner, and proceed about 4 miles to HARROW.
An alternate route is via Highway 77: Highway 77, south to Leamington, and go through the town to County Road 20. You will drive through Kingsville on your way to Harrow. Leamington and Kingsville have good motel, bed and breakfast and restaurant services. Some might prefer to stay on the river at Amherstburg.
