Kamloops is located at the intersection of British Columbia's four major highways (Coquihalla/Hwy-5, TransCanada/Hwy-1, Yellowhead/Hwy-5 and Hwy-97) in south central British Columbia, approx. 350 km northeast of Vancouver.
From the West (Vancouver): Hwy-1 east approx. 140 km to Hwy-3 (Hwy-1 becomes Hwy-3 for approx. 6 km). Take Coquihalla Hwy. (Hwy-5) toward Merrit/Kelowna/Kamloops. Follow Hwy-5 east approx. 185 km toward Kamloops. Hwy-5 becomes Hwy-1/Hwy-97 for approx. 7 km near Kamloops. Take Columbia Street exit (369). Proceed straight for Columbia Street. Continue on Columbia St. down the hill to 7th Avenue. Turn left on 7th Ave. and proceed 5 blocks to Victoria Street. Turn right on Victoria St. and watch for arena immediately on the left.
