Kamloops is located at the intersection of British Columbia's four major highways (Coquihalla/Hwy-5, TransCanada/Hwy-1, Yellowhead/Hwy-5 and Hwy-97) in south central British Columbia, approx. 350 km northeast of Vancouver.
From the West (Vancouver): Hwy-1 east approx. 140 km to Hwy-3 (Hwy-1 becomes Hwy-3 for approx. 6 km). Take Coquihalla Hwy. (Hwy-5) toward Merrit/Kelowna/Kamloops. Follow Hwy-5 east approx. 185 km toward Kamloops. Hwy-5 becomes Hwy-1/Hwy-97 for approx. 10 km near Kamloops. Take Hwy-5 North exit toward Jasper (exit 374). Proceed north on Hwy-5 (Yellowhead Hwy.) approx. 5 km to Halston Avenue. Turn left on Halston Ave. and proceed approx. 6 km to Schreiner St. (Halston becomes Parkcrest Ave. after approx. 3 km). Turn left on Schreiner St. and proceed approx. 2 blocks to Fleetwood Avenue. Turn right on Fleetwood Ave. and watch for arena on the right.
