Trail is located on the Columbia River in the West Kootenay region of British Columbia in southern British Columbia, approx. 18 km north of the U.S. border and approx. 625 km east of Vancouver.
From Vancouver: Hwy-1 (Coquihalla Hwy.) east approx. 135 km to Hwy-5. Proceed northeast on Hwy-5 approx. 100 km to Hwy-5A/Hwy-97C. Turn left off the exit and proceed southeast on Hwy-5A/Hwy-97C approx. 15 km to Hwy-97. Proceed east on Hwy-97C approx. 74 km to Hwy-33 (in Kelowna). Proceed southeast on Hwy-33 approx. 107 km to Hwy-3 (near Rock Creek). Proceed northeast on Hwy-3 approx. 117 km to Hwy-3A (in Castlegar). Proceed south on Hwy-3A/Hwy-22 approx. 25 km to Trail. In Trail, Hwy-3A/Hwy-22 becomes Aldrige Ave., Byers Lane, then Victoria Street. Watch for arena on the left, just before crossing the river.
